From ruses to rails, from clever tricks to fleeting images.

Once forbidden, *photophony*—the art of photographing with a phone—has become part of the museum landscape. Screens multiply, selfies fill the space, and artworks circulate long before they are truly seen.

With Tricks & Tracks, we embrace this paradox. The installation is designed for the phone itself: it is the visitor, the explorer, the storyteller. What you discover is a backstage world of makeshift illusions, miniature theaters, and playful devices. Against the tide of AI-generated images, we reclaim the magic of the physical: the ingenuity of tricks, their fragile materiality, and the earliest enchantments of theater and cinema.
